Jindra Rajwans B.A. (Hons.), M.A., LL.B., M.B.A., LL.M.) Jindra is a leading business and entertainment lawyer in Toronto, Canada. Over the last nine years, he has advised many clients in the film, television and music industries. He also advises * clients in complex M&A international transactions in the technology, mining and retail sectors, including transactions of over $150 million. Jindra has been invited to speak at numerous business conferences, and has been a guest lecturer on mergers and acquisitions at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Executive MBA Programme. Jindra was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and is a registered Canadian trade-mark agent.
Peter D. Marshall
Creative Producer
Peter D. Marshall is a filmmaker from Vancouver, Canada. He has worked in the Film and Television Industry for over 35 years as a Film Director, Television Producer, First Assistant Director and TV Series Creative Consultant. As a First Assistant Director, Peter has worked on over 12 Features (including “Dawn of the Dead”, “The Butterfly Effect”, “and Happy Gilmore”, “The Fly II”); 16 Television Movies; 8 Television Series; and over 20 Commercials. He is the person often hired by Film Studios to guarantee that the production will be successfully completed.
Ron Dalrymple
Producer / Screenwriter
Ron Dalrymple (Writer): Ron has been a screenwriter for over 10 years and has written several shorts films along with 8 feature films. One of his features has currently been optioned by a Toronto Production company and will be co-produced with U.S and England. The film is currently budgeted at 8 million dollars. Ron has also attended writing workshops with industry notables such as Robert McKee and David Freeman.
